Iggi is professional and has been a licensed hair stylist for over 15 years. She has earned the name “The Hair Guru” because of her range of skills, techniques, & styles. She has attended many hair seminars, shows, & workshops in efforts to stay updated on the latest trends in the hair industry.
When can I take a class?
Classes are available Monday, Tuesday, and every last Sunday of the month. Some days may be blocked. Check for availability.
How can I schedule a class date?
Call or email for date availability. Us students can place the class date in notes at checkout. International students via email for invoice request.
How many people can be in a class?
Currently, Iggi is offering only one student per class. For a large group session please contact via email.
What are my payment options?
There are two payment options: partial and full payments.
How do I secure my class date?
By making a payment either partial or full and filling out the registration form will secure your spot for the desired date. Classes must be paid in FULL prior to the class date.
How do I know what supplies are needed for class?
Supplies needed for class will be sent via email after payment and date is finalized.

The registration form will be sent with supply list.
What time does class start?
Us classes: 10 a.m. Est, 9 a.m. Cst, 7 a.m. Pst. (Virtual & In Salon)
International classes: 9 a.m. Est, 1 p.m. Gmt (Virtual)
What if I need to change the date?
You have access to 1 change of date (if available) within 5 days of payment. After 5 days, the class date is final and non-refundable unless canceled by a instructor.
What is the refund policy?
After date for class is finalized, any payment made is non-refundable.
How do I purchase a virtual class if I live overseas?
To purchase a class send email to Shopiggicollection@gmail.com with Subject: Virtual Class, state which class, requested calendar date, Skype name, and method of payment(s). An invoice will be sent to you via email.

How do I take a Virtual Class?
You must have a Skype account, Webcam, Microphone, and a High Speed Wi-Fi connection to take a virtual class.
How many people can attend the virtual class?
Only one student can be present in the class.

Is a virtual class suited for me?
First, you need to ask yourself this question, “Am I a self starter?”
A teacher doesn’t have to look over your shoulder to get started. You have skills in time management, planning, discipline, and self starting. If you don’t possess these skills, a face to face class may be more suited for you
